Dutchess ARC is a non-profit agency that has been serving children and adults with developmental disabilities and their families in Dutchess County since 1971. Our chapter affiliation with NYSARC, Inc. provides us with a sizable and unified voice to advocate for and with individuals and their families. Our services are diverse and located in every corner of Dutchess County.

Our Mission

Dutchess ARC's mission is to challenge and empower people with developmental disabilities, their families and staff to achieve personal fulfillment through lifelong learning.

NYSARC, INC. TO HOST 60th ANNIVERSARY RUN/WALK

Join Dutchess ARC in Albany on September 17th!

    The 2009 NYSARC, Inc. 60th Anniversary Run/Walk will involved local and

    regional events throughout New York State from July 1st - August 31st. 

    This will celebrate the state organization's 60 years of existance, and

    bring much needed awareness about the population utilizing services

    from NYSARC, Inc. chapters all over the state.  On Thursday, September

    17th, 2009, Dutchess ARC, along with all NYSARC, Inc. chapters, will

    be marching up State Street in Albany, New York to the State Capitol,

    where an ending ceremony of this celebration will take place.  We

    encourage individuals utilizing services from Dutchess ARC, their

    family members, Board members, staff, and community supporters to

    join us to mark this momentous occasion.  You can download a
